Defense Products and Systems

ADVANTEC's Defense division utilizes state of the art technologies to engineer products for U.S. Department of Defense, (http://www.dod.gov). ADVANTEC is actively engaged with the SBA (http://www.sba.gov/) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Manufacturing Initiative, (http://www.manufacturing.gov/).

We leverage our 8(a) status to provide various products for the Department of Defense (DoD). We offer solutions where quality, reliability, and cost optimization is important. Advantec provides the following functions to our government clients in a timely and efficient manner:

Analysis - Gathering and analyzing requirements and environmental factors; a critical step to developing a solution design.

Design - Developing best practice 'blueprint' or a Technical Data Package; a critical step for deployment methodology.

Manufacturer - Utilizing our state of the art CNC machines and manufacturer according to Military Standards – MILI45208

Implementation - Providing high-level project management expertise using a proven methodology to coordinate and supervise solution planning and deployment.

Support - An on-going service to inspect installed solutions to ensure optimum operating condition for your business.

Typical items manufactured by ADVANTEC include: wheel hub, brake plate, splash guard, mud flap kit, wheel track chock, bearing pad, trap deflector, Maintenance rail, siccors platform, bomb handling cradle, fitting assembly and blocker door.

Our state of the art 60,000 square feet manufacturing facility is conveniently located in Quakertown, Pennsylvania within 6 miles of northeast extension of Pennsylvania turnpike. Our facility is staffed with highly skilled and trained professionals with the latest CNC machines necessary to perform the most sophisticated manufacturing products.
